Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StreamBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

• –You must be at least 13 years old
• –If under the age of majority, you need parental or guardian permission
• –You must have legal capacity to form a binding contract
• –You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Account Security

When creating an account, provide accurate information, maintain password security, accept responsibility for all account activities, and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

What We Provide

• –Chat Actors and automated interaction features
• –Blippit audio features and TTS Studio capabilities
• –Content clipping and sharing tools (Clippit)
• –AI-powered voice cloning and text-to-speech
• –Integration with streaming platforms

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, introduce or remove features, and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control. Beta features are provided “as is” and may change without notice.

Payment Terms

• –Subscription fees are processed through Dodo Payments
• –Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law
• –We may modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• –Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant StreamBot necessary operational rights to process, store, and deliver your content. You represent that you have rights to any content you upload.

StreamBot's Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, logos, documentation, and AI models are our intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code without permission.

Content Clipping

When using clip features, you grant us the right to process and redistribute clips as necessary. You remain responsible for compliance with platform-specific terms of service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not warrant error-free operation, accuracy of AI-generated content, or compatibility with all platforms.

Limitation of Liability

StreamBot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify StreamBot from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing period. You can request data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

By StreamBot

We may suspend or terminate your account for terms violations, non-payment, fraud, or as required by law. We will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.

Effects

Upon termination, access ceases immediately. Terminated accounts forfeit unused subscription time, and data may be deleted per our retention policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and StreamBot.
