Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to StreamBot's website, applications, extensions, and related services, provided by StreamBot ("StreamBot," "we," "us"). By accepting these Terms or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Additional terms displayed for a specific purchase or feature apply to that purchase or feature. They do not override rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and have the capacity to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise your use.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for managing people who can act on your channels. Do not share credentials when a supported delegation feature is available.

Connect only accounts and channels you own or are authorized to manage. Do not misrepresent ownership or bypass another person's access restrictions. You can withdraw platform authorization, but doing so may stop the connected features.

StreamBot offers livestream tools such as commands, timed messages, AI characters, speech, overlays, alerts, clips, rewards, and game interactions. Availability depends on the platform, enabled features, plan, and technical requirements. Descriptions of planned features are not guarantees of delivery.

Third-party platforms, games, payment providers, and integrations have their own terms. You must comply with terms applicable to your use. StreamBot is not endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated. Their availability, permissions, quotas, enforcement actions, and changes can affect StreamBot features.

YouTube. StreamBot uses YouTube API Services. By using StreamBot's YouTube API features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy; StreamBot's handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Current channel linking requests read-only YouTube access and OpenID identification, not permission to upload or edit videos. You may revoke access in Google account permissions.

You must not use StreamBot to:

• –Violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or platform rules.
• –Distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities against others, or disrupt the service.
• –Send spam, manipulate engagement fraudulently, evade restrictions, or abuse promotions and rewards.
• –Harass, threaten, exploit children, distribute non-consensual intimate material, or facilitate fraud.
• –Impersonate a real person deceptively, clone a voice without the required permission, or misrepresent generated media as authentic where that would deceive or harm others.
• –Access private information without authority or use channel-management permissions beyond the authority granted to you.
• –Resell access, evade usage limits, or automate access outside supported functionality without authorization.

You remain responsible for commands, moderation rules, automated messages, and integrations that you configure. Review settings before enabling actions in a live stream. We may enforce reasonable technical limits to protect service availability and users.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant StreamBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, convert, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain and secure the service, and comply with law. Service providers may exercise those rights on our behalf for those purposes.

This license includes processing audio for requested speech functions, creating requested clips, and displaying material through the sharing, stream, or overlay settings you choose. It does not transfer ownership to StreamBot or authorize unrelated advertising use. Google user data is governed by the narrower restrictions in our Privacy Policy; this license does not expand them.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content, including music, clips, likenesses, and voices. A public stream is not automatically permission to reuse everything in it. You are responsible for notices and permissions required for your community's use of enabled features.

The operational license ends when the relevant content has been removed from our systems, except for lawful retention, ordinary backup handling, and copies already shared with others through your selected features. We cannot recall copies independently saved or republished by other people.

StreamBot and its licensors retain rights in their software, designs, documentation, and branding. You may use the service as permitted by these Terms. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant open-source licenses.

AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee originality, copyright protection, factual accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. AI characters and generated speech are not professional advice.

Use voice and likeness features only with the rights and consent required for that use. Do not create deceptive endorsements or impersonations. You are responsible for any legally required disclosure that media is generated or altered.

Game-interaction tools may affect sessions, saves, performance, or compatibility. Use them only where permitted by the game and platform, configure controls carefully, and maintain your own backups. Do not use them to bypass anti-cheat systems or gain an unauthorized competitive advantage.

Channel points and similar engagement balances operate under the rules displayed for the relevant feature. Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, they are not currency, deposits, or an investment and do not create a right to cash redemption. Purchased credits, gift products, and creator payouts are governed by their specific disclosed terms and are distinct from engagement points.

Creators organizing giveaways are responsible for eligibility rules, prize descriptions, selection procedures, fulfillment, taxes, required disclosures, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules. Do not require prohibited consideration or use StreamBot for unlawful gambling. StreamBot is not the sponsor of a creator's giveaway unless expressly identified as such.

We may correct errors and reverse rewards obtained through fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law and any specific offer terms.

Before purchase, review the displayed price, currency, taxes, billing interval, included features, usage limits, and any trial or promotional conditions. Payment processing is handled through Dodo Payments and applicable checkout terms.

Where checkout identifies a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until cancellation. Cancel using the subscription-management option provided in your account or billing portal; contact [email protected] if you cannot access it. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the period already purchased. Deleting an application or disconnecting a platform does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility follows the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or payment-dispute rights. Report billing errors promptly so we can investigate.

We will give at least 30 days' notice of a subscription price increase, or longer where required, and explain when it takes effect and how to cancel. Changes will not retroactively increase the price of an already-paid period. Failed payments may result in restricted paid access after any notice or opportunity to cure required by law.

We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every platform, or a particular audience, income, or engagement outcome. Beta and experimental features may change or be withdrawn.

We may remove content, restrict a feature, or suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, or protection of others. We will provide an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate; urgent or legally restricted situations may require immediate action. You can contact [email protected] to request review.

You may stop using the service and request account closure. Account closure can end access immediately and is different from cancelling renewal. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Where we discontinue prepaid services or terminate without your breach, any refund or other remedy required by law remains available.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This does not exclude warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, StreamBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to StreamBot for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited, or other mandatory rights and remedies.

Please contact [email protected] with an explanation of the issue and the remedy requested so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict access to a regulator, court, small-claims process, or urgent relief where available.

Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We will identify the effective date of updated Terms and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, except where urgent legal or security circumstances require otherwise. If a change requires affirmative acceptance, we will request it. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal if you do not accept updated Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions intended to survive termination, including accrued payment obligations, ownership, applicable limitations, and dispute provisions, survive to the extent permitted by law.
